Terms and Conditions

a) Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

b) Account Information: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your Pasqo account. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials and to promptly update any changes to your account information.

c) Compliance with Laws: You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform does not violate any legal or contractual obligations.

a) Service Agreements:When you access educational content or take quizzes through the Platform, you are using Pasqo's educational services. Pasqo provides access to past BECE and WASSCE examination questions, practice tests, and learning materials to help students prepare for their examinations.

b) Content Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, Pasqo cannot guarantee that all educational content is completely accurate or up-to-date. You are responsible for verifying information and using the Platform as a supplementary learning tool alongside your formal education.

a) Subscription Services: Some features of the Platform require a paid subscription. You can purchase subscriptions on our website or directly within our mobile application.

b) Billing and Payment: Web subscriptions are processed securely through Paystack. Mobile in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not store your direct financial credentials on our servers.

c) Subscription Management & Renewals: Web subscriptions are paid upfront for fixed durations. In-app mobile subscriptions may renew automatically depending on the selected plan. You must manage, pause, or cancel auto-renewing subscriptions directly through your Apple ID or Google Play Account subscription settings.

d) Cancellations and Refunds: Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by local consumer protection laws. Refunds for in-app mobile purchases are governed by and must be requested directly from Apple or Google.

a) Platform Content: All content provided on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, question banks, and software, is the property of Pasqo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content from the Platform without prior written permission.

b) User Content: By posting or submitting any content on the Platform, you grant Pasqo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and display the content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Platform.

a) Disclaimer:The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Pasqo makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, regarding the Platform's availability, reliability, accuracy, or suitability for your specific educational needs.

b) Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Pasqo and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or any violation of these Terms.
